Consulting? DLG Systems Consulting is a firm that has been
providing premier technical support and computer sales for over 10 years. Our passion and determination is to
serve our customers with superior customer service and quality workmanship, surpassing that of our
competition. We offer installation, optimization, and system repair services. We also education our
customers so they can better understand today's technologies.
Do you install and support hardware purchased from another
reseller?
Yes. Regardless of where you purchased your equipment, we will install,
configure and support all PC and laptop technology
products.
What kind of hardware and software do you
support?
We support any make or model of laptop or PC, regardless if it is for home, home
office or business use. Since we are not affiliated with any retailers, there is never any pressure to
purchase from one particular supplier. As a matter of fact, we have developed a partnership with several
national suppliers so we can better server your needs with the latest technologies available at the best
prices.
What Operating Systems do you support?
We support all Microsoft operating system, including Windows 98 through to Windows 7
plus all versions of Windows Server 2000, 2003, and 2008. Whether you wish to upgrade or perform a fresh
installation of these operating systems, we can get you up and running within a short period of time. Since
Windows XP support from Microsoft will begin to fade soon, we recommend that our customers install Windows
7.
Will I be
locked into a monthly or yearly contract?
We do not believe in pressuring a client to sign up for services they may not need -
we will never as you to lock into a contract. Services are provided and charged only as needed at
our hourly rate.

operation?
DLG Systems Consulting is available Monday through to Friday from 8 AM to 10 PM and
weekends from 10 AM to 6 PM. After hours support is available with prior arrangements. Support is
